Our user base comprise of attorney, mortgage broker, real estate agents, financial advisers, interior decorators, accountants, insurance broker, computer specialist and more.Which services are free and which do I need to pay for? We offer Revasas BizSite and Revasas ReviewMyService Start Edition for free. ReviewMyService Business Edition, ReferralWeb Pro, and ReferralWeb Group are paid service but are currently free during Beta testing period. How much does Revasas cost? Revasas is currently still testing its solutions. After we are happy with the functionality and the quality of the service, we will start charging subscription fee for RefrralWeb and ReivewMyService Business Edition. Revasas BizSite
What is Revasas BizSite? Revasas BizSite is a mini-website where you can input in all your business information and let the world know what products or services you offer. It is optimized to be search-engine (Yahoo! Google, MSN, etc) friendly so that your customer can find you faster and you show up more on their search results. What’s the Profile information used for? The profile information is used to create a mini website (Microsite) for you. Think of it like the MySpace for business websites. If you do not have a website, the Microsite gives you an instant web presence where you describe your business offering and provide contact information for perspective customers. I input in the information on the Profile page already but my Microsite is not showing up? When you click on Edit to update your profile, there is a Business Page field under Business Information. If you did not input a name next to the empty box, your microSite will not be activated. We recommend you use your business name. How do I upload my logo onto my Profile page? On Profile tab, after you enter the edit mode by clicking the Edit button located on the bottom of the page, you choose your logo by click the “Choose File…” button and then click “Upload”. The logo will be displayed in your profile and Microsite. ReviewMyService FAQWhy is it important to have customer testimonials administered by Revasas instead of posting them ourselves? While many businesses do this, customers view these testimonials with much skepticism since there isn’t an audit mechanism in place. By having a 3rd party like Revasas administers these reviews, customers can feel more confident that these reviews aren’t just made up. What is the difference between a Review and a Testimonial? A review is not published in the microsite. Once you publish a review into your microsite, it is called a testimonials. You will be able to see all testimonials on your microsite. You can manage all your reviews undeer the Review tab. How do I accumulate testimonials? After a referral is completed, you can go to the “Past Referral” link on the left side of the page and click on “Request Review” next to the referral entry. An email will be sent to the customer with a link to a web form that they can input the review in. Once your customer provide you a review, you will have to go to the Review tab and add a testimonial if you choose to display the entry on your Microsite. How long are reviews kept? There is no expiration date for the reviews that you get. If you made a review into a testimonial, the date on which the review is created will be displayed. We recommend that you keep the newer reviews and discard the older ones as they become less relevant. What if I received a bad review? We strongly encourage you to reach out to the customer to find out what went wrong and try to rectify the situation. If you could make it better, you can request an update to the review from the customer. Can I change the customer’s review? No! Don’t even ask! Can I tailor my testimonials look and fee to fit into my website? Yes, we offer many styles currently and if your website has a unique color scheme or look, we can customize one for you. Revasas ReferralWeb Pro How do I start? After you sign-up, you can start by sending referrals that you normally do using Revasas. These referrals will be tracked in the system and we will send you reminders of the referral receiver to take actions and to update the status so you can be informed.I already tracked my referrals on my notebook or Excel spreadsheet. Why should I use Revasas' ReferralWeb? By tracking referral online, you can - Access the information anywhere on the web

Why should I send out referrals? By sending out referrals, you are building trust and credibility with your business relationships. It shows you want them to succeed. In return, they would want to help you be successful as well because by helping you, they’ll be helping themselves.What if I send out many referrals and I don't receive any? According to Robert Cialdini, a leading expert in science of persuasion, reciprocation is a “tendency that is universal throughout all of the cultures of the world”. Revasas utilizes that principle and remind your business partners about the referral you have sent them, sometimes you may not get the favor returned immediately. However, in the rare case that does happen, you should personally follow-up with the person to find out if there is any specific reason why you are not getting any referrals. Why am I being asked for a transaction amount when I close a successful referral? The transaction amount is used to calculate how effective and valuable this referral has been for you. You can use an arbitrary number if you are not comfortable or not able specify the value. Based on the value, we can analyze how your network helped you to optimize time and effort. Do I need to invite people first to send them referral? No, you don’t need to invite them to sign-up and connect to you on Revasas beforehand. When you have a referral available, you can select “New Business” and you will be able to enter their information into the form.Then send them a referral like you usually would. Why should I update my referral status? Updating the referral status gives the sender of the referral visibility so the sender knows that you value the referral and is on top of it. There is nothing more rude or disrespectful than to have an referral ignored. Can I put in referrals that I receive outside of Revasas? Yes, you can enter referrals from any source to your list as well as send it to any business currently not in your group or network. Revasas ReferralWeb Group Can more than one person have administrator role? Yes. An administrator can assign another member in the group Administrator role. Can I be in more than one group? No. Group concept helps the members build intimate knowledge about each other’s business. By being in multiple groups, it dilutes the effort and makes it less powerful. Can I have both ReferraWeb Group and Pro? Yes. Most businesses have business partners in a group and also in network setting so you can be in both. Can I have customized reports for the group? Yes.
